The Cité de la Raviole Mère Maury invites you to discover raviole, from the field to the plate, through its museum space devoted to the emblematic gastronomic speciality of the Drôme region. Located in Romans-sur-Isère, the Cité de la Raviole offers an immersion into the heart of Drôme gastronomy and its  agship speciality: the «Raviole du Dauphiné»!

Thanks to its interactive museum tour for young and old (exhibition, quiz, showcases, virtual visit of the production workshops) the famous ravioli will no longer hold any secrets for you!
